KARACHI: Aslam Jinnah, a man claiming to be the grandon of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah passed away in Karachi on Monday at the age of 70.
According to sources, Aslam Jinnah had been ill for sometime before passing away from complications related to his illnesses at the age of 70 leaving behind a wife and daughter.

The funeral prayers were held today at 1.30pm before laying Aslam Jinnah to rest at the Shah Muhammad Shah graveyard in New Karachi.
Jinnah spent most of his life in poverty but began to receive financial aid from the Sindh government during the last few years which also included the cost of his treatment.
He was a resident of North Karachi and the his house was also provided by the government along with a car and a driver.
