Australia PM Scott Morrison Egged by an Egg-Woman

AUSTRALIA: After Egg-Boy now Egg-Woman. Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison was egged by an egg- woman protester.

PM Scott Morrison was attacked by a woman while campaigning for the nation’s upcoming elections.

The local media reported the egg did not break. It just glided and bounced off his head.

An elderly woman was knocked down on the ground though.

Mr. Scott Morrison called this act as cowardly and has shared a tweet

We will stand up to thuggery whether it’s these cowardly activists who have no respect for anyone, or militant unionists standing over small businesses and their employees on work sites.

My concern about today’s incident in Albury was for the older lady who was knocked off her feet. I helped her up and gave her a hug. Our farmers have to put up with these same idiots who are invading their farms and their homes.

The footage showed the twenty five year old woman was restrained. The police later said she has been arrested.

The incident occurred at a Country Women’s Association event in Albury, about 330km (200 miles) south-east of Canberra.

No injuries have been reported and o one was hurt not even the egg.

The elderly woman has been identified as Margaret Baxter.

PM Scott Morrison did not only expressed his concern for the elderly woman who was knocked to the ground, but also thanked the security forces for intervening and controlling the situation promptly.

Police have not yet arrived at any conclusion regarding the motive of attack.

The police is also not linking this attack to any of the previous attacks.

The farmers of Australia have been facing protests by the vegan activist in recent times.

Margaret Baxter have said she did not suffer any pain from the fall.

She said she had stomach surgery recently. She said her main concern was holding her stomach as she fell. She was able to protect it from hitting the ground.
