QUETTA: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan reached Quetta to express solidarity with the protesters over deadly bombings that led to killing of over hundred people belonging to Hazara community.
Imran Khan on Saturday attended a protest demonstration held by Majlis-e-Wahdatul Muslimeen against Quetta carnage outside Governor House Lahore. Imran said he would also participate in the protest being held by victims’ families in Quetta.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan Sunday said that the government has failed to provide protection to its people, demanded governor rule in the troubled province of Balochistan.
While talking to the grieving families Imran Khan said the whole country was with them and demanded removal of Balochistan government and imposition of governor rule in the province.
Imran said the government of Aslam Raisani has failed to protect life and property of its citizens and now it should resign.
Later taking to media, the PTI chairman demanded that governor rule in the province saying the government has failed to provide security to the people of the province.
He said that the PTI was along with the oppressed people, adding that the justice should be provided to the victims.
Khan said that the rulers were busy in earning money and they had no concern with the country’s situation.
He alleged that the politicians were behind the terrorism in Karachi.
PTI leader demanded of the government to remove chief minister Balochistan.
