QUETTA
At least one person has been killed and six others injured in multiple blasts within ten minutes in Quetta this evening.
According to initial reports, three blasts have been heard within ten minutes near Sarki Road of Quetta, leaving seven persons hurt on different spots.
Two earlier blasts took place near building of Small Industries on Sarki Road of Quetta and third blast hit a rickshaw on same road, told the sources.
The police and rescue teams rushed to the blast hit places and cordoned off the entire area for rescue efforts. The injured were quickly moved to hospital, where one blast victim succumbed to injuries.
One rickshaw and glasses of many neighboring buildings have been damaged in the blasts, added the sources.
The bomb disposal squad has been also summoned on the blast site to collect the samples of explosives for examining.
