Carrefour Dolmen Mall sealed for violating lockdown

KARACHI: Carrefour Dolmen Mall in Karachi has been sealed on violation of lockdown timings issued by the government as the coronavirus cases in Pakistan continue to mount.

The news was shared by Deputy Commissioner South Karachi through Twitter where images were shared of Carrefour Dolmen Mall formerly known as Hyperstar full of customers and no social distancing is being observed.

The coronanvirus outbreak is getting worse as total cases have now crossed 5000 and death toll is nearly almost a 100 and most cases being reported now are locally transmitted.

It is however, not the sole responsibility of the retail store but also the customers who should observe social distancing and precautions following government instructions as a lot of people are still not taking the coronavirus outbreak seriously and going about their lives like nothing has changed.
