Corona Emergency Ration Package to be distributed by Sindh Govt

KARACHI: The Government of Sindh is ready to distribute ration to the needy people under the Corona Emergency Ration Package (Rashan). The COVID-19 crisis has raised havoc in country affecting a large number of population.

The poor and daily wage earners have been affected by the coronavirus lockdown. The Government of Sindh will distribute ration (Rashan) among the poor and deserving people door to door under this Corona Emergency Rashan Package.

A sum of Rs.20 million is allocated for every district of Sindh. The ration (Rashan) will be distributed among the poor and needy with the help of assistant commissioners of the respective district.

The office of the commissioner Karachi Division has issued a list of neccessary items under the Corona Emergency Ration Package (Rashan).

The Corona Emergency Ration Package contains:

Corona Emergency Rashan Package

To avoid any public gathering and crowd, this initiative will have the ration (rashan) delivered to the homes of deserving families from 5am to 7pm or late night according to the notification that has been issued.

The aim of the Sindh Relief Initiative is to provide ration (Rashan) at the door steps of the needy people and daily wagers who suffer the most due to coronavirus lock down.
