The total number of coronavirus cases in Pakistan have surged to 221,745 while the country’s death toll has reached 4,550 across the country. There were 4,170 more cases reported on Thursday (2 July 2020) along with 82 more fatalities.
Sindh reported 31 more fatalities according to the coronavirus update by the Provincial Health and Population Welfare Department. This brings the provincial death toll to 1,437 while total cases in Sindh have reached 89,225.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department reported 10 more fatalities bringing the provincial death toll to 983 while total cases in the province have reached 27,170 according to their daily COVID-19 update.
Punjab reported 35 more fatalities according to the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA). This brings the provincial death toll to 1,819 while number of cases have reached 78,956 in their daily coronavirus update.
Balochistan reported one new fatality bringing the confirmed provincial death toll at 122 while the probable death toll has reached 82. The number of cases in the province have reached 10,666 according to the Daily Situation Report issued by the Balochistan Health Department.
Islamabad reported one new fatality according to the District Health Office Islamabad. The death toll of the capital city reaches 129 while number of cases have reached 13,082. Here is the their daily report.

Gilgit Baltistan reported two new fatalities according to the COVID-19 Dashboard. This brings the regional death toll to 28 while number of cases have reached 1,511.
Two new fatalities were reported from Azad Jammu and Kashmir bringing the death toll to 32 while number of coronavirus cases have reached 1,135 according to the Government of Pakistan’s COVID-19 Dashboard.
