The total number of coronavirus cases in Pakistan have surged to 50,593 while the death toll in the country has reached 1,065. There were 2,614 new cases reported on Thursday along with 48 more fatalities.
Sindh Health and Population Welfare Department reported 20 more fatalities in their daily coronavirus update bringing the provincial death toll to 336.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department reported 14 more fatalities in the province in their daily coronavirus update. This brings the provincial death toll to 365.
Punjab reported 13 more fatalities according to the daily coronavirus update by the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) which brings the total provincial death toll to 310.
Balochistan Health Department reported one more fatality in the province bringing their total provincial death toll to 39 according to the Daily Situation Report.
Gilgit Baltistan reported no new fatalities in their Daily Situation Report. However, there were a few more cases reported by the GB Health Department.
