Total coronavirus outbreak cases in Pakistan have now risen to 31 after the latest case emerged in Karachi a hour ago confirmed by the Sindh Health Department making this the third case to be confirmed today.
The first case was reported in Islamabad where the patient is a 30 year old woman who is said to have arrived from the United States a few days ago. The patient is said to be in critical condition and put on a ventilator after being shifted to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) from a private hospital.
The second was also reported by the Sindh Health Department but not much details were revealed about the case.

This latest case has been reported in Karachi by the Sindh Health Department through a Tweet and the patient is a 20 year old with no travel history although the parents of the patient arrived from UK recently.
As a precaution the Pakistan government is now banning public gatherings including weddings and even closed all educational institutions till April 5th 2020.
The novel coronavirus has infected over 150,000 people and taken lives of over 5,600 people globally with most of the cases in China where the virus originated in their Hubei province.
