The Federal Minister for Planning and Development has announced that COVID-19 vaccine registration for people in the 30 to 39 age group starts from Sunday (16 May 2021).
Taking to Twitter, the head of the National Command and Operations Centre (NCOC) said that the COVID-19 vaccine supply is continuing to improve along with the country’s vaccination capacity.
As vaccine supply continues to improve and vaccination capacity gets enhanced in all Federating units, we continue to expand the categories of those who are eligible to get vaccinated. Starting sunday the 16th of May, registration will be open to all 30 years and older citizens

Therefore, the government has decided to extend COVID-19 vaccine registration for people in the 30 to 39 age group from 16 May 2021.
Previously, the federal minister announced the commencement of vaccination for people aged 40 and above from 12 May 2021.
COVID-19 vaccination centers in the country will remain open and will only be closing on two days on Eid ul Fitr, said Asad Umar in his tweet.
Starting tomorrow the 12th of May all 40 plus who have registered will be able to walk into any vaccination center of their choice and get vaccinated. Please note that vaccination centres are open and will only be closing for two days on eid.
