A cylinder blast has been reported at Markaz in Islamabad’s F-6 Sector on Monday.
According to the details, the cylinder blast occurred at restaurant by the name of Chop Chop Wok and five people have been injured as a result.
The injured have been moved to nearby hospital for medical treament.
Meanwhile, Islamabad’s security remains on high alert after the suicide blast at Peshawar’s mosque during Zuhr prayer today (Monday).

It is pertinent to mention that United Arab Emirates (UAE) President, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, was set to visit Islamabad today.
However, the visit was canceled due to bad weather in the Federal Capital today.
The Islamabad administration had also announced a public holiday in the capital for the UAE President’s visit.
