The results of the 2024 general elections in Pakistan are now being disclosed by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) based on unofficial results. Zafar Iqbal, the Special Secretary of the ECP, has confirmed the outcomes for two constituencies: PK-76 in Peshawar and PK-6 in Swat.
Samiullah Khan has emerged victorious in Peshawar’s PK-76, as declared by Zafar Iqbal. Additionally, Fazal Hakeem Khan, running as an independent candidate, has secured the win in Swat’s PK-6.
The Election Commission of Pakistan, based on unofficial results, has officially proclaimed Samiullah Khan and Fazal Hakeem Khan as the winners for the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provincial assembly seats. Samiullah Khan garnered 18,888 votes from 37.62% of the polling stations in PK-76, while Fazal Hakeem Khan secured 25,330 votes in PK-6. Both candidates are supported by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
Earlier, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) directed all all the provincial election commissioners and returning officers to announce the results within half an hour or strict action will be taken against them.
