ISLAMABAD: The Ehsaas Emergency Cash Program has so far distributed over Rs. 158.20 billion to more than 13 million families across the country according to an update provided by the Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Poverty Alleviation and Social Security Dr Sania Nishtar.
Ehsas Emergency Cash Programme was launched by the government back in April to aid those affected from the coronavirus lockdown in the country and has since been significantly expanded to help even more people.
