Ehsaas Emergency Program has introduced a new payment method for the convenience of beneficiaries as many were facing issuing withdrawing the cash through biometric verification.

Special Assistant to Prime Minister Dr Sania Nishtar posted a video on the Official Ehsaas Emergency Program YouTube channel explaining the new payment method.
According to Dr Sania Nishtar, beneficiaries can now withdraw payments by visiting designated branches of Ehsaas Emergency Programme partner banks.
Dr Sania Nishtar further says that out of the two partner banks Habib Bank Limited will provide the facility to beneficiaries residing in Punjab, Sindh and Balochistan while Bank Alfalah will provide facilitate those from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK).
According to the special assistant all the beneficiaries who have experienced issued with their withdrawal will now get an SMS from 8171 informing them about when they can receive their payment.
The SMS will include information including the bank and branch they will have to visit on a specific date in order to get their payment of Rs. 12,000 under the Ehsaas Emergency Programme.
