I think smoking is sin indeed especially those who induce harmful fumes to little children around them are sinful and criminal but that's my personal opinion..how can a government decide what's a sin? Then impose it? That's where there is a problem-

If the Government is serious about health and wants to impose tax on tobacco products and Beverages, it shouldn’t be less than 100% to discourage people from smoking, once for all.
