The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has taken ARY News anchorperson, Chaudhry Ghulam Hussain, into custody from a coffee shop in Lahore.
According to ARY News, Chaudhry Ghulam Hussain was taken into custody by a team of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) comprising of 30-40 officers, who came to the coffee shop where the journalist was sitting with some friends.
Chaudhry Ghulam Hussain is a known journalist and part of ARY News’ show, titled ‘The Reporters’, where analyzes political developments and current affairs along with ARY News Islamabad Bureau Chief Khawar Ghumman.
The news of his arrest has been confirmed by his son, who told ARY News that his father, Chaudhry Ghulam Hussain, was taken into custody by FIA Officials from a coffee shop near his residence in Lahore over a very old case.
