KARACHI: Dense fog covered the north-eastern part of the city on November 25 which halts flights operations at the Jinnah International Airport and traffic delays due to low visibility on Thursday morning.
The low visibility due to the dense fog made life difficult for the commuters travelling to offices, schools and courts.

According to our report, Malir, North Nazimabad, Orangi Town, Super Highway, National Highway N-5 were affected due to low visibility and as per the Metrological department (Met) Office has predicted that shallow smog/fog will cover upper parts of the Sindh which includes Sukkur, Shikarpur, Pano Aqil and surrounding areas.

Several flights were delayed due to the low visibility and fog at the Jinnah International Airport, Karachi to Islamabad, Karachi to Istanbul bound flights were delayed for two hours.
Flight operation resumed after 9:00, PST after the fog subsided.
