At least four people have been injured in Quetta from a blast near a mosque at the city’s Sariab Road on Friday after a motorcycle fitted with explosives detonated.
According to the police, the Quetta blast was a result of explosive materials that were fitted to a motorcycle. Footage of the incident showed the motorcycle engulfed in flames.
The Quetta blast reportedly took place outside Jamia Masjid Usman at Sariab Road after Friday prayers. There are no reports of causalities although, at least four people were injured in the incident.
The injured were shifted to the hospital and the area was cordoned off by police officials to collect evidence and launch a search operation to arrest the culprits behind the act.
