After the Eid-ul-Fitr holidays, government offices and business centers in Lahore and Islamabad have reopened today.
The official Eid holidays, announced by the government, spanned from March 31 to April 2, giving public sector employees a total of five days off, including the weekend.
With the break now over, government offices resumed operations as usual on April 3. However, some offices might face delays in daily tasks due to employees returning late from their hometowns, and attendance is reportedly lower than normal. Meanwhile, business centers across the cities are back to their regular activities without any disruptions.
In Punjab, universities and colleges have also reopened today, Thursday, marking the return of students and staff to campuses. Schools, however, remain closed, with academic activities set to resume on April 7, Monday, after the extended holiday period.
