ICT Police arrested two culprits in F9 Park Girl Rape Case

According to Margalla Police Station Press Release , Islamabad Capital Territory Police has arrested Two accused CDA employees involved in a Gang Rape in F-9 Park, Islamabad and efforts are underway to arrest the remaining last one.

UPDATE : ICT Police has arrested all 04 persons mentioned by the girl and documented in FIR, accused of rape of a girl in F9 park. ICT Police is putting in place all measures to make F9 park in particular and other parks and tourist places of Islamabad in general a safe place for visitors.

“ICT police has arrested two persons accused of rape of a girl in F 9 park. Efforts are underway to arrest the remaining accused. ICT Police is putting in place all measure to make F 9 park in particular and others parks and tourist places of Islamabad in general a safe place for the residents and visitors of Islamabad.”

Incident took place on August 2, 2018 – after couple of days (FIR) filed at Margalla Police Station Islamabad, In which victim told Police that Park employees tried to Rape and blackmail by threatening to level allegations of indecent acts against her. The alleged culprits then extracted Rs 2000 bribe from her and told her to leave the park via a route through the woods.
