India is sponsoring terrorism and and trying to destabilize Pakistan according to the a dossier presented by Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) Major General Babar Iftikhar and Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi in a joint media conference on Saturday.
The DG ISPR Maj Gen Babar Iftikhar said that the country has information and evidence of India sponsoring terrorism activities in Pakistan in a bid to destabilize the country.
“Today we have irrefutable facts that we will present before the nation and international community through this dossier,” said the foreign minister and DG ISPR in the media conference.
“You can see a pattern of constant ceasefire violations,” said the foreign minister, adding that the dossier contains many details and some of them will be used at the “time of need”.
“Indian intelligence agencies are today supporting terrorist groups defeated and outlawed by Pakistan.” the foreign minister added saying that India was trying its level best to promote terrorism in Pakistan.

The foreign minister and DG ISPR said that India was not only using its own land against Pakistan for terrorism activities but also also made use of neighboring countries to fulfil its aim of destabilizing us.
“The world knows that when Pakistan was busy partnering in the peace process, India was laying a web of terrorism around us,” said Shah Mahmood Qureshi.
Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that India is becoming a rogue state while claiming to be the world’s biggest democracy. “We have information and evidence that India promoting terrorism and has developed a plan to destabilise Pakistan.” said the foreign minister.
He added that the information was not new but it was the right time that the truth was revealed to the entire nation as well as international community about India.
“I feel staying silent will no longer benefit Pakistan or regional peace and stability.” said the foreign minister while mentioning that India has three objectives in Pakistan.
“The first objective was to disrupt Pakistan’s path towards peace,” said the foreign minister while mentioning that the second objective was to destabilize the economy.
“The third objective is to create political instability in Pakistan,” said Qureshi alongside DG ISPR Maj Gen Babar Iftikhar.
He added that India also established a cell in their intelligence agency with the sole purpose of disrupting the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). “The cell works under the supervision of the Indian prime minister and its mandate is to disrupt CPEC projects. A sum of Rs80 billion has been allocated for this purpose.” said the foreign minister.
Furthermore, DG ISPR Maj Gen Babar Iftikhar said that India has embraced all terrorist organizations soon after they uprooted from Pakistan.
“I shall cover the details of Indian machinations for Pakistan’s destabilization and economic coercion by presenting evidence in the domains of funding terrorism, weapons and equipment support to terrorists, terrorist training and terrorist activities.” said the DG ISPR.
Maj General Babar Iftikhar said that Indian intelligence officer Colonel Rajesh was working at the Indian Embassy in Afghanistan and had the objective to supervise terrorist activities in Pakistan by providing financial support especially upscale such activities in major cities during the months of November and December 2020.
He mentioned that India through their sponsorship of terrorism was trying to create a link between Pakistan and the terrorist group Islamic State (IS) by creating ‘Daesh-e-Pakistan’.
“Recently, 30 Indian Daesh militants were relocated from India to various camps along Pakistan-Afghanistan border by two Indian intelligence agencies operatives. These militants were handed over to Daesh Commander Shiekh Abdul Rahim alias Abdul Rehman Muslim Dost.” said the military spokesperson.
“Uncontrivable evidence reveals that Indian embassies and consulates operating along Pakistan’s borders have become a hub of terror sponsorship against Pakistan,” added Maj Gen Iftikhar.
The DG ISPR further mentioned that India’s RAW also funded Altaf Hussain saying, “India has also been providing weapons and ammunition to Altaf Hussain Group; weapons worth $0.62 million were provided to Altaf Hussain Group on one such occasion. Confessional statement of Ajmal Pahari validates it.”
Besides funding terrorism activities in Pakistan, India has been providing weapons and equipment to support these terrorists according to the DG ISPR Maj Gen Babar Iftikhar.
“Recently, a RAW sponsored network of six terrorists has been unearthed which has linkages with an attack on Pakistan Stock Exchange and is also involved in the delivery of suicide jackets to various terrorist groups operating in Pakistan besides undertaking terrorist activities.” said the Pakistan army spokesperson.
Furthermore, he mentioned that a network of RAW in collaboration with Afghan terrorists have been involved in the target killing of Ulema, police officials and other notable people in Pakistan.
According to the details provided, Indian has spent over Rs. 10 million for suicide attack or a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device (VBIED) and a further Rs. 1 million for IED attack and target killings.
He added that India was operating multi-purpose base camps for the training and harboring of these terrorists to carry out attacks against Pakistan.
Audio and video evidence provided by DG ISPR
DG ISPR also played audio clips of conversation between a RAW handler and terrorists stationed in Pakistan. In these recordings it was evidently clear that the Indian handler was providing instructions on how to plant IEDs and carry out the most damage as possible.
As stated in the tweet, this is the first time Pakistan has presented evidence of India promoting and carrying out terrorism in Pakistan and claiming to be a peaceful democratic nation.
