ISLAMABAD: As a result of unprovoked ceasefire violation and firing by the Indian army troops along the Line of Control (LoC), a 13 year old girl embraced Shahadat according to the DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar.
According to the DG ISPR, Indian troops initiated unprovoked firing in the Hajipir and Bedori sectors last night targeting civilian population which resulted in the death of the 13 year old girl identified as Iqra Shabbir.
Pakistani troops responded effective to the unprovoked firing along the Line of Control (LoC) by Indian troops according to DG ISPR Major General Babar Iftikhar.
Tensions remains high along the LoC and India has increased ceasefire violations which has resulted in the loss of innocent life. Earlier on Saturday three Pakistani civilians lost their lives after a similar incident.
The incident took place in the Nikial Sector along the LoC where Indian troops deliberately fired and targeted civilian population.
