District Administration of Islamabad has announced to close hiking trail 3 and 5 for period of three days in order maintain law and order situation during the high level delegation from China.
In a notification issued by the Office of District Magistrate of Islamabad, it was stated, “In order to avoid any untoward incident and strengthen the security of Federal Capital during the visit of High Level Delegation from 30th July to 1st August in Federal Capital, it is requested that the Trail-03 and Trail-05 may please be closed for General Public from 30th July to 01st August, 2023.”

It is pertinent to mention that Islamabad District Administration has also requested the Ministry of Interior to announce three local holidays in the Federal Capital during the visit of the High Level Delegation.
