ISLAMABAD: Administration of Islamabad will de-seal residential areas in I-8 and I-10 that were put under smart lockdown after spike in coronavirus cases.
The sub sectors of I-8/3, I-8/4, I-10/1 and I-10/2 will be de-sealed starting 2 July 2020 at 7:00pm however, the commercial areas of I-8 and I-10 Markaz will be de-sealed from 3 July 2020 (Friday).
However these areas in Islamabad I-8 and I-10 will continue to be regulated under Section 144 and strict action will be taken against anyone found is violation of any standard operating procedures (SOPs).

According to the Deputy Commissioner Islamabad daily coronavirus cases have come down to 137 from earlier reported daily figures of 771.
