ISLAMABAD: The Government of Pakistan has released and made public all the assets, liabilities and nationalities of Special Assistants to Prime Minister (SAPM) on the instructions of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Minister for Information Shibli Faraz announced that all details regarding the assets and nationalities of Special Assistants to Prime Minister (SAPM) have been made public and available on the Cabinet Division website.

Here is complete list of special assistants and advisers to Prime Minister (SAPM) and their assets and nationalities.
Special Assistants (SAPM) – Assets / Nationalities:
Dr Sania Nishtar
The Special Assistant to Prime Minister (SAPM) on Poverty Alleviation and Social Security Dr Sania Nishtar has an inherited property of 9.6 marla property that she inherited along with Rs. 500,000 worth of jewelry.
Dr Nishtar only car is on her husband’s name which is a Honda Civic (2014) model while both have a combined bank balance of Rs. 14.8 million.
Dr Sania Nishtar does not have any other nationality.
Mohammad Shehzad Arbab
Mohammad Shehzad Arbab is the Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Establishment who owns total assets worth Rs. 100 million while his wife owns investments of Rs. 20 million.
His bank balance is Rs. 6.6 million while his home furniture costs Rs. 250,000. The SAPM does not have any other nationality.
Mirza Shahzad Akbar
Mirza Shahzad Akbar is the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Accountability and Interior and of Minister of State.
The total properties owned by Akbar are worth Rs. 19.8 million while having a bank balance of Rs. 27 million including his wife.
Akbar owns two cars worth Rs. 18.2 million and has no other nationality.
Sayed Zulfiqar Abbas Bukhari aka Zulfi Bukhari
Sayed Zulfikar Abbas Bukhari (Zulfi Bukhari) is the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) on Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development.
Bukhari has four properties in Pakistan that are all gifted or inherited while his properties abroad in United Kingdom are worth £5.28 million while also having multiple business interests abroad.
The SAPM owns a Toyota Land Cruiser (2012) model in Pakistan worth Rs. 20 million while having four luxury vehicles aboard in UK worth over £578,000.
Bukhari and his wife are in possession of gold worth £650,000 while his wife also owns jewelry worth 500,000 pounds.
Both have a combined bank balance in Pakistan of Rs. 2.4 million while the have a balance of £1.7million in foreign bank accounts. His cash in hand is Rs. 1 million and £2,000.
He has a UK nationality.
Shahzad Syed Qasim
Shahzad Qasim is the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) on Power Division & Coordination of Marketing and Development of Mineral Resources.
Qasim has properties in Dubai worth over AED 20.6 million while having a bank balance of AED 1.8 million. He owns two luxury cars worth AED 400,000.
His other properties are in the United States worth $865,000 and a bank balance of 2.1 million for his retirement.
The SAPM also owns local properties in Pakistan worth 9.7 million with over Rs. 120 million investment and a bank balance of Rs. 46.4 million.
He has a US nationality as well.
Ali Nawaz Awan (MNA)
Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Capital Development Authority Affairs who owns property worth in Pakistan of Rs. 39 million while having business investment of Rs. 5.69 million.
He has three cars worth Rs. 3.5 million and his wife owns a car worth Rs. 8 lacs. His cash in hand and bank balance is worth Rs. 2.4 million.
He does not have any other nationality.
Muhammad Usman Dar
Muhammad Usman Dar is the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Youth Affairs who doesn’t own any property according to the assets revealed however he has cash in hand and bank balance of Rs. 35.06 million and shares worth Rs. 20.17 million.
His business investment is Rs. 6.68 million while the SAPM has no other nationalities.
Nadeem Afzal Chan
Chan is the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Parliamentary Coordination and owns a residential property worth Rs. 9.4 million while in poccession of a land worth Rs. 7.8 million.
He has assets sent from abroad worth Rs. 3.2 million and owns other gifts worth Rs. 3.8 million.
He has two vehicles worth Rs. 3 million while other assets stand at Rs. 12.18 million.
While having a permanent residency in Canada he has no property there and is in fact homeless over there.
Sardar Yar Muhammad Rindh
Rindh is the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on activities pertaining to Ministries of Water Resources, Power and Petroleum in the Balochistan.
He along with his family owns assets worth Rs. 24 million while having two vehicles Rs. 10.8 million. He owns jewelry of Rs. 6 million and cash of Rs. 216 million. His foreign deposits are over Rs. 202 million.
Rindh and his family owns property of Rs. 229 million and property abroad is Rs. 75 million. His furniture at his local property costs Rs. 37.9 million.
There are no known nationalities mentioned.
Dr. Zafar Mirza
Dr Mirza is the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination with the status of Minister of State.
Mirza owns total assets worth Rs. 50.7 million which include a house worth Rs. 20 million and two plots worth Rs. 30 million and furniture worth Rs. 2 million.
His wife also owns jewelry worth Rs. 2 million and bank balance over Rs. 1.3 million.
Dr Mirza has no other nationalities.
Lt. General (Rtd) Asim Saleem Bajwa
Bajwa is the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Information & Broadcasting, in honorary capacity and owns property worth Rs. 151.433 in different cities.
He bought shares worth Rs. 31 million in his wife’s name while he owns one car which is a Toyota ZX writh 3 Rs. million.
his bank balance is Rs. 291,000 and Rs. 1,239 in two banks respectively while his foreign currentc account holds $ 4,149.
Nadeem Babar
Babar is the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Petroleum Division with the status of Minister of State.
His assets are worth over Rs. 2.184 in both Pakistan and abroad while having stakes in two dozen companies in Pakistan. He is a US national too.
Moeed W. Yusuf
Yusuf is the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) on National Security Division and Strategic Policy Planning with the status of Minister of State.
He has total assets of Rs. 113.76 million with land worth Rs. 25.6 million and stocks of over Rs. 600,000.
Yusuf drives two cars which include an Audi A3 worht 4.22 million and a Morris Car which he got as a gift worth Rs. 4.32 million.
His cash in hand is Rs. 1.03 million and bank balance of Rs. 73.26 million.
His permanent residency is the United States with no other nationaliies.
Tania S. Aidrus
Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Digital Pakistan (SAPM) owns four properties outside Pakistan with two of them in the United States while one each is in the UK and Singapore. Total worth of all properties are Rs. 452.69 million while two of them are under mortage.
He has an investment venture capital worth Rs. 12.51 million and bank balance in Pakistan of Rs. 34.39 million while her husband has bank balance of Rs. 9.29 million.
The SAPM owns a Toyota Fortuner and jewelry worth Rs. 5 million. She is a Canadian national with permanent residency in Singapore.
Dr. Shahbaz Gill
Gill is the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Political Communication, in honorary capacity.
Gill has a cash in hand of Rs. 3.76 million while there is more than Rs. 2.6 million in bank balance in Pakistan. His bank balance in the US is over Rs. 31 million while a joint family account has over Rs. 1.6 million.
the SAPM owns two cars worth Rs. 6.5 million while he and his family owns Rs. 5.5 million in gold.
His properties in Pakistan are woth Rs. 33 million while in the US he owns a property of Rs. 13 million under mortage.
He has a permanent residency in the US while having no other nationalities.
