Auction of Residential and Commercial plots in Islamabad: CDA

ISLAMABAD: The Auction of residential and commercial plots being organized by Capital Development Authority (CDA) will commence today i.e 8th April, 2019 at Jinnah Convention Centre, Islamabad.

Arrangements in this regard have been finalized. The four days auction would be concluded on April 11, 2019. In order to ensure transparency in the auction proceedings, a committee headed by Member Finance will supervise the auction proceedings.

During the four days auction, residential plots located in the purely developed sectors and commercial plots located at prime locations would be auctioned.

During the first two days of the auction, residential plots located in pure developed sectors would be presented for auction while commercial plots of different categories including plots of Blue Area, developed marakiz, hospitals and class –III shopping centers, etc of developed sectors would also be auctioned on April 10 & 11, 2019.

General public particularly business community is taking keen interest in the four days auction as the substantial number of brochures of the auctions have been obtained by the public.
