Jordanian Man Robbed Bank With Bubble Gun in Israel

ISRAEL:A twenty Four year old Jordanian man robbed a bank with a bubble gun in Israel which he said was infected with AIDS.

The Jordanian man is said to be living in Israel illegally.

Israeli police spokesperson said the Jordanian citizen was arrested last month. He held up the postal bank with a soap bubble gun and also tried to repeat the crime very next day.

Jordanian Man Robbed Bank With Bubble Gun in Israel

The twenty four year old Jordanian citizen first entered the busy postal bank in the southern city of Beersheba on Jan. 20.

The plastic gun was attached with a syringe filled with red colored liquid. The suspect first handed a Hebrew note to the bank clerk. The note scribbled in grammatically challenged Hebrew read “A robbery give me the money quick I will stab you with a bloody needle I am sick with AIDS,”.

The video was shared on the local Beersheba Net website. The robber is seen approaching the teller and handing over a note after which she is seen handing over the cash to him. It can also be seen while the robbery is taking place the other coworker sitting in the adjacent window is totally unaware of the incident taking place. She continues to attend the other customers.

As soon as the robber left the bank staff informed the police.

Through investigation the Israeli police came to know of the identity of the robber.

The next morning undercover cop was deployed at other postal bank, located in the community of Meitar, north east of Beersheba.

The suspect arrived and tried to rob the bank in the same manner. The undercover cop sprang into action as soon as robber approached the bank counter. After a small struggle the robber was captured and arrested by the police.

Further questioning and investigation revealed that the suspect was a Jordanian citizen who was living in Israel illegally.

The police was also able to tie him to the earlier robbery in Beersheba.

The police also stated he has been under arrest since than and his remand was extended several times. On February 3, prosecutors declared they intend to file indictments and his remand was extended until February 7.
