Journalist Imran Riaz Khan Arrested From Islamabad Toll Plaza

Senior journalist Imran Riaz Khan has reportedly been arrested from Islamabad Toll Plaza. According to the details, the journalist was taken into custody by contingents of Rangers and Police from the Islamabad Toll Plaza while he was going to the capital for his bail.

In a video statement posted on social media before his arrest, Imran Riaz Khan said that he was going to Islamabad for his pre-arrest bail. However, he added that Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court (IHC), Athar Minallah, had already granted him bail.

In another video posted on social media, Imran Riaz Khan added that if he is harmed in anyway and not released in five hours, a shocking video will be uploaded revealing everything, including the names of agencies and people plotting this against him.
