Justice For Kainat Tariq: NUML Student Brutally Murdered

Social media has started trending with #JusticeForKainat, demanding justice for Kainat Tariq, a student of National University of Modern Languages (NUML) who was brutally murdered by her husband in Islamabad.

According to the details, the accused has been identified as General Secretary of Red Crescent Society Pakistan, Khalid Bin Majid, who has been taken into custody by Industrial Area (I-9) police for further investigation.

Muhammad Tariq, the father of deceased Kainat Tariq filed a complaint with Industrial Area Police Station stating that his daughter was an employee at RCSP where she secretly married General Secretary Khalid Bin Majid.

The deceased’s father further stated that “Khalid Bin Majid” used to torture her daughter and also pocketed her salary from time to time. According to his statement, his daughter, Kainat Tariq, was poisoned to death.

According to reports, General Secretary Red Crescent Society Pakistan Khalid Bin Majid has been removed from his position and replaced by Media Manager Adeel Nawaz.

Kainat Tariq was doing her MSc Economics from NUML Islamabad and working at Red Crescent Society Pakistan at their H-8 office where she was murdered by her husband and General Secretary Khalid Bin Majid.
