Justice for Naseem Bibi: Raped & killed with her baby in Rawalpindi

In an another tragic incident, 14-month-old baby Yousaf Gulfam and his mother Naseem Bibi was stabbed and killed in Mahota Mohra village of Chontra in Rawalpindi. The matter has caught the attention of netizens who have started trending #JusticeForNaseemBibi as they demand justice for Naseem Bibi and her toddler son, who has been identified as Yousaf Gulfam.

According to the details, the accused identified as Wajid Ali raped Naseem Bibi and stabbed her son in Mohra Mohota village of Chontra in Rawalpindi. The 14-month-old child died on the spot while the mother was shifted to hospital for treatment, where she succumbed to her injuries.

The alleged accused Wajid Ali had contacted the victim and promised to take her to some spiritual personality in their village for solution to her troubles but instead ended up raping the Naseem Bibi and stabbing her son to death.

First Information Report (FIR) has been lodged at the Chontra Police Station in Rawalpindi and the accused has been arrested by the authorities under the supervision of CPO Muhammad Ahsan Younis. The police has promised that the accused responsible for the tragic incident will be sentenced.

Heart breaking news & this is sad to know that why she was not being taken to hospital immediately & state is being taken when she was stabbed on her neck. Shame on media who are silent on the murder case of Naseem because she was poor.

It bears mentioning that several incidents of violence against women have been reported in the past few days, including the murder case of Noor Mukadam, the daughter of Pakistani Ex-Diplomat Shaukat Mukadam, who was killed and beheaded in Rawalpindi.
