Karachi Blast – Explosion at Bolton Market in Kharadar Area

There are reports of several people being injured in a blast that occurred Bolton Market in Kharadar area of Karachi on Monday.

According to the details, the blast was heard in far-off areas of Karachi, while it created panic at the site of the incident. The police and law enforcement arrived at the scene of the incident and cordoned off the area as they begun their investigation in the to matter.

The nature of the explosion is still being ascertained by the police. Meanwhile, the rescue officials are shifting the injured to the nearby hospital. Furthermore, the fire brigade also reached the site to control the flames.

According to some reports, the blast targeted a police vehicle with some claiming that the blast occurred at a warehouse in Kharadar area of Karachi’s Bolton Market. However, the details are yet to be confirmed.

It is pertinent to mention that it is the second blast in Karachi within four days. Earlier, the Saddar area was targeted, which left one person dead and several others injured. The previous incident is still under investigation as well.
