Earthquake tremors were felt across Karachi on Wednesday. The earthquake in Karachi was recorded at 4.1 magnitude on the Rhicter scale, according to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD).
According to the details, the earthquake in Karachi was felt in several parts of the port city, including Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Malir Cantt, Scheme 33, and I.I. Chundrigarh Road.
The tremors were felt in the city around 10:16pm, while the epicenter of the Karachi earthquake was recorded 15 north of Defence Housing Authority (DHA).
There have been no reports of causalities or damages resulting from the earthquake, however, the tremors spread panic among locals who came out on the roads.
