The Peoples Bus Service in Karachi has announced the launch of three new routes along with the extension of a current route to improve transport services in the city.
According to Sindh Transport Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon, the Route 13 that runs from Hawks Bay to Tower will start on July 22. Meanwhile, Route 12, which began in Khokhrapar, has been extended, and it will now start in Memon Goth and continue until Tower.
Moreover, the electric bus service running under the Peoples Bus Service will get a new route (EV4) that will start on July 24 and will operate from Kathore to Numaish Chowrangi. Lastly, Route 8 will commence from Yousuf Goth and continue till Tower. This route will become operational on July 25.
The Peoples Bus Service offers several other routes and provides easy and affordable transport to residents of the city. Furthermore, Sindh’s Transport Minister Memon has stated that the provincial government plans to expand further and introduce more buses to meet the city’s transportation needs.
