Karachi: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has warned that the weather in Karachi is expected to be very hot and dry today (Saturday), as the temperature may rise to 43 degrees Celsius.
According to Met, lack of sea breeze might take the temperature to more than 40 Celsius for the next 4-5 days.
The city gets hit by another round of heatwave, that too while people are maintaining fasts for Ramadan. The forecast also suggested the city might cool down after the sunset when the sea breeze starts to blow.

The people of the metropolitan hub have been advised to stay indoors to maintain their fasts. If in case one needs to head outside stay under shade but try to not go outside before evening.
