Karachi weather is expected to remain extremely hot as a result of the effects from tropical cyclone Tauktae, which has also started weakening after crossing Indian Gujarat, according to the final update provided by the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD).
“A few dust / thunderstorm-rain accompanied with gusty winds of 30-50 kmph may occur in Tharparker and Umerkot districts during the next 12 hours.” said PMD in its weather update.
Karachi weather will remain hot along with Hyderabad, Shaeed-Banzirabad, Badin and Mirpurkhas districts.
Furthermore, the sea conditions will remain rough and fishermen of Sindh are advised to avoid going into deep sea for today. They can resume their normal activities from tomorrow.
The PMD mentioned that no more updates will be provided regarding tropical cyclone Tauktae.
