Another prime suspect in the Kashmore rape case, Khairulla Bugti, has been arrested from Sui area of Balochistan on Friday as he killed Rafique Malak, the main accused who was arrested earlier by police.
According to the details, the main accused, Rafique Malak died in a police encounter when he was taken to an area to identify the other suspect and got shot by his accomplice.
The other suspect identified as Khairulla Bugti was on the run from law enforcement after kidnapping and raping a woman and her four-year-old daugther, Alisha, for three consecutive days in Kashmore.
SSP Kashmore said that the suspect, Khairulla Bugti, will be presented before media once the due legal process and investigations are completed.
The police has confirmed that two out of the three suspects in the Kashmore rape case have been taken into custody and the search for the third suspect in underway.
It is also pertinent to mention that the main accused in the Kashmore rape case, Rafique Malak, has confessed to the heinous crime during interrogation by police personnel.
“Three people raped mother and daughter for three days”, he said in his statement before the police.

About the Kashmore rape case
A woman met with the suspects at a hospital in Karachi and taken to Kashmore with a job offer but upon arrival, she was detained along with her four-year-old daughter, Alisha.
The mother and her four-year-old daugther, Alisha, were both gang-raped for three consecutive days before the woman was released but the suspects kept her daughter hostage and demanded her to bring back another woman who was present with her in Karachi.
The alleged rapists threatened to kill her four year old daughter, Alisha, but the woman contacted Kashmore police who acted quickly with ASI Muhammad Bux using his own daughter as bait to help the minor girl.
Justice for Alisha started trending on Twitter and people were furious while demanding strict action against those responsible for such a heinous crime.
Furthermore, the ASI has been recommended for the top police award by Sindh government while being rewarded Rs. 1 million on his valor exhibited in recovering the four-year-old girl.
Moreover, the Sindh government spokesperson Murtaza Wahab also recommended that his daughter should be presented with the highest civil award for her help in arresting the main accused.
