Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board (KPITB) in the year 2017 launched Early Age programming in collaboration with the Elementary & Secondary Education Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. With the help of this initiative, 16,000 students from government schools are benefiting.
In the first phase of the project of Early Age programming,3000 students were trained from 60 public schools of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in 14 districts.

The aim of the project was to train the students from an early age in the field of computer science to enhance their digital and technical skills. The project was to train the students from an early age in the field of computer science to enhance their digital and technical skills.
One success story is that of a student called Javeria. She is a student of GGHSS Mehmood Abad Mardan. She successfully made a counter (Tasbeeh) in Scratch. Here is a video of her, demonstrating her project.
