Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme reaches Jalozai Nowshera(how to apply)

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: PM Imran Khan has laid the foundation of the Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme in Jalozai Nowshera. Under the Jalozai housing scheme Nowshera now a low-income group of people will be able to have their own homes at an affordable price.

The Jalozai housing scheme Nowshera will be constructed on the government land and the government will provide a subsidy of Rs.300,000/- on each house. This will lower down the monthly installments of the housing finance obtained from the banks.

Under the agreement between the Government of Pakistan and the banks, the loans for Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme the home financing will be available for the people with as low as 3% mark-up rate.

Jalozai housing scheme Nowshera is the first step of the Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the government will expand the scheme on other locations as a phase-wise project throughout KPK.

The Jalozai Housing scheme Nowshera will be completed in eighteen months. A total of 1320 apartments will be constructed and will be distributed through balloting. People having income up to 40,000/- per month can now apply for the Jalozai Housing scheme under the umbrella of the Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme.
