Deputy Commissioner Lahore has shared new timings for restaurants and bakeries during the month of Ramadan.
According to the details, the business timings for restaurants and bakeries in Lahore have been allowed, which allows them to stay open from Iftar till 6.00 am in the morning.
Meanwhile, the bakeries have been allowed to operate till 1.00 am for the month of Ramadan abd Eid holidays only.
The notification added that after the month of Ramadan and Eid Holidays, all restaurants and bakeries will revert to the old timings.
Furthermore, it stated that all dedicated medical stores, pharmacies, hospitals, laboratories, petrol pumps, CNG stations, milk shops, tandoors, and puncture shops shall remain exempted from the order.

It is pertinent to mention that Lahore High Court (LHC) had ordered an early closure of markets and restaurants after hearing a petition related to severe smog in the provincial capital.
