The man responsible for torturing a 11-year-old minor girl in Faisalabad has received post-arrest bail on Sunday.
Rana Muneer was arrested after CCTV footage of his family brutally beating the 11-year-old minor girl went viral on social media, prompting authorities to take action against the heinous crime.

According to the details, the minor girl identified as Sadaf was working as a housemaid in Eden Valley Society of Faisalabad. The victim was severely tortured after she reportedly had a scuffle with Rana Munir’s children.
The video of the incident clearly showed Rana Muneer and his family severely beating the girl and shoving her in the street. These people claimed that Sadaf attacked their children and turned them away when they went to see peacocks at her employer’s house.
However, the video came to notice of the Child Protection Bureau who submitted a complaint to the Madina Town Police Station in Faisalabad, while Punjab Inspector General of Police (IGP) ordered arrest of the those responsible for such an inhumane act.
Rana Muneer was presented before Judge Zulfiqar Ahmed on Sunday and granted bail against surety bonds worth Rs. 100,000. The culprit reportedly arrived in a private car and the Child Protection Bureau was not even informed of this special hearing conducted on a non-working day.
Furthermore, a case has been registered against the girl’s employers and their neighbors while the Child Protection Bureau have submitted a request in court for custody of the girl, who is with her parents at the moment.
