Popular Islamic cleric Maulana Tariq Jamil (MTJ) has launched a free ambulance service just days after inaugurating his fashion brand MTJ.
The announcement was made by the Maulana Tariq Jamil (MTJ) Foundation on Instagram. “Molana Tariq Jamil visiting the newly-bought ambulances by MTJ Foundation.” said the social media post. “We are thankful to all the contributors who enabled us to buy the ambulances to provide the service in times of need to the needy,” the caption of the post read.”

The cleric also launched his fashion brand, the MTJ Flagship Store, in Karachi last month. The store is located at Tariq Road and sells eastern wear for both men and women along with footwear, headwear and fragrances.
Edhi Foundation, is another non profit organization providing free ambulance service since 1951 across Pakistan.
