Mobile services partially restored in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: Mobile services have been partially restored in Islamabad at around 2:30am. However, cellular networks still remain suspended in Rawalpindi, Chakwal and Attock Districts.

Mobile and internet services have been partially restored in Islamabad ahead of the given time frame by Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) earlier.

Earlier we reported, Mobile services in Pindi & Islamabad to remain suspended till further notice which was expected to be restored by 6 am this morning.

It appears that PTA has partially restored Internet and Mobile Services in Islamabad Meanwhile services remain suspended in Rawalpindi.

In related news, clashes between marchers and police are ongoing at the Faizabad Interchange.
