The Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) have reunited all three of their major factions under the leadership of Muttahida Qaumi Movement – Pakistan (MQM-P) Convener Khalid Maqbool Saddiqui after Farooq Sattar and Mustafa Kamal announced to end their differences.
According to the details, the main leadership of the three factions, including MQM-P Convener Khalid Maqbool Saddiqui, Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) Chairman Mustafa Kamal, and MQM Restoration Committee Chief Farooq Sattar, and others addressed a joint press conference today.
During this address, Saddiqui told media that all factions of the MQM have decided to unite in order to save Pakistan and taken it to its true destination.
Meanwhile, the Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) Chairman Mustafa Kamal announced the merger of his party into MQM-P for the betterment of the Muhajir community in Karachi and other areas of Sindh.
He expressed hope to make Karachi a developed city once again and appealed the state to give immensity to MQM and withdraw cases against them.
Farooq Sattar, the MQM Restoration Committee Chief, also announced his merger into MQM-P for the greater good of his community and party.
According to reports, the three factions will now contest upcoming local government (LG) elections under one flag of MQM-P.
