NA-124 Lahore By-Elections Results: Shahid Khaqan Abbasi leader of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz  (PML-N) is leading by securing 49,195 votes in the constituency of NA 124 Lahore

Ghulam Mohiuddin Dewan leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf is following Shahid Khakan Abbasi with 19,464 votes.

The NA – 124 Lahore constituency was vacated by PML-N’s Leader Hamza Shehbaz Sharif.
