The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has officially announced a hike in liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) price in Pakistan.
As per OGRA’s statement, the price of LPG in Pakistan has risen by Rs3.83 per kilogram.
Additionally, the rate for domestic cylinders has experienced an increase of Rs45.18, resulting in the updated price for LPG-filled domestic cylinders being Rs3,007.35.
OGRA attributes the surge in LPG prices to a 1.87 percent uptick in the dollar exchange rate.
