In order to provide maximum relief to the inflation burdened population, the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has announced a massive reduction in the price of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) in Pakistan for the month of June 2023.
According to the details, the OGRA has announced a reduction of Rs. 37 per KG in the price of LPG in Pakistan, which brings the new price at Rs. 197 per KG. Meanwhile, the price of a domestic LPG cylinder has been cut by Rs. 438 to Rs. 2,321.
It is pertinent to mention that the Federal Government has also announced a reduction in the price of petroleum products for the next 15 days.
Finance Minister Ishaq Dar announced that price of petrol was being cut by Rs. 8 per litre, while the price of diesel was getting a reduction of Rs. 5 per litre for the next fortnight from June 1-15, 2023.
