Responsibilities
- Assist customers with M-Tag inquiries, registrations, and recharges
- Securely hand over cash to the cashier with signed receipts
- Track and manage records of newly registered M-Tags
- Guide customers to call 1313 for additional assistance
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service
- Academic background: Intermediate, B.Com, B.A, M.A, or equivalent degree
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
