A helicopter of the Pakistan Army Aviation (PAA), which was one a flood relief operations in Lasbela, Balochistan, has lost contact with the Air Traffic Control (ATC) on Monday, announced Director General Inter-Services Public Relations, Major General Babar Iftikhar.
He added that six individuals were on board, including Commander 12 Corps, who was supervising the flood relief operations in Balochistan.

Meanwhile, the search operation is underway.
According to reports, the Pakistan Army Aviation helicopter crashed at Sassi Punno near Lasbela, Balochistan and the passenger list includes:
- Corps Commander XII Corps, Lieutenant General Sarfraz Ali.
- Director General Pakistan Coast Guard, Major General Amjad.
- Commander Engineers XII Corps, Brigadier Khalid.
- Major Saeed (Pilot).
- Major Talha (Co-Pilot).
- Crew Chief Naik Mudassir.
