The Pakistan Government has resumed International flight operations from all international airports in the country accept Gwadar and Turbat. This includes passenger as well as charter flights.
The Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority announced the decision to resume international flight operations in a series of tweets. According to the CAA, all flights have been resumed with effect from today except Gwadar and Turbat airports.

Furthermore, the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) stated that flight operations shall be subject to application “restrictions and limitations” because of the current COVID-19 pandemic and health protocols will be implmented.
The following of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) will be mandatory for all Airline Operators according to the CAA in order to keep the spread of the coronavirus under control.
The announcement was also made by the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis as nearly 200,000 overseas Pakistanis have lost their jobs due to the COVID-19 pandemic and have been stuck abroad.
Prime Minister Imran Khan also tweeted saying that the government is to facilitate these overseas Pakistanis who have lost their jobs in the wake of the pandemic. He welcomed those coming back since international flight operations have been resumed.
He appreciated the help from overseas Pakistanis for the brothers and sisters in Pakistan during the pandemic.
