Pakistan will become a technological superpower according to the Federal Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry who says that the Prime Minister’s vision is leading up to achieving the goal.
According to a series of tweets, Minister Fawad Chaudhry says that the Ministry of Science and Technology has adopted Made in Pakistan projects under the vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan. These have not only fulfilled Pakistan’s own need but rather Pakistan is now exporting products such as surgical masks, gloves and sanitizers in millions.

Fawad Chaudhry says that the next phase involves building a 200 acre health city in Faisalabad along with science and technology special economic zones in Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad.
Businesses operating in these special zones will be provided special incentive and gradually Pakistan will work its way to making Pakistan a technological superpower.
He further invited multinational companies from United States, China, Russia, Korea, Japan and the European Union (EU) to work with Pakistan and they will be given the most relaxed tax structure and a competitive environment.
Fawad Chaudhry mentions that Pakistan has a strategic position in the world with 66 percent of the world’s population living in just a 4 hour flight radius of the country.
